These past two weeks have been hard. I was getting continuous headaches, and mostly slept all day due to exhaustion, but now I feel amazing. I have more energy than ever! My attention span and concentration has improved. My stomach health has increased, with less bloating and pain than ever before. Overall, I feel amazing, and I can’t wait to see my end results.
This week I will start doing HIIT exercise for 20-30 minutes a day for 3 days a week. This exercise is the most recommended for fat burn because it burns the most amount of calories in a short amount of time. I will also do some light weight lifting 2 times a week, to tone my body more.
On my next post I will share my lunch and dinner plans and recipes. I will also talk about Meal Prepping and how important it is.
