A Few Weeks Later….

Every morning, I make a very healthy breakfast smoothie. I slowly drink it, enjoy the fresh taste, and it keeps me full for hours.

Here is the recipe for the smoothie: Its easy, simple, and tasty!

Banana, Peanut Butter, and Avocado Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 150ml soy milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 50ml water
  • 2 tbsp muesli
  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend till it becomes a thick, creamy paste.
  3. Enjoy!!

Nutritional Value:

Calories: Approx: 500

Fats: 23.3gms

Carbs: 55.2 gms

Proteins: 22.1 gms

This smoothie fills you right up, and curbs your appetite. It creates an amazing start to your day, and is full of high nutrient and healthy foods. This also helps me to not crave sugar, as it has a sweet taste, which satisfies my sweet tooth! There is hardly any sugar in this as I use sugar free soy milk, and sugar free muesli.
